Singapore imports apparel worth $43.8 mn from India in Jan-Aug 2023

Singapore imported $43.893 million of apparel from India, constituting 2.97 per cent of its total apparel imports from January to August. India aims to increase its presence in Singapore's textile market, which is dominated by China and Italy. Imports from India fluctuated due to COVID-19 but showed recovery in 2021 and 2022, reaching $71.384 million.
